S temi imenovanji ustvarjamo vzornike za mlade \u017eenske, spodbujamo raznolikost v postopkih odlo\u010danja in krepimo enake mo\u017enosti v Wiesbadnu. V obmo\u010dju U3 imamo prostor 37,7% v letih 2020\/21 do 41.1% v letu 2024\/25 in v osnovnem razponu 90% v letih 2020\/21 do 94,4%pove\u010dala v obdobju 2024\/2025. Z odprtjem novih objektov, kot je dnevno varstvo v Wiesbaden-Biebrichu s 50 dodatnimi mesti, smo raz\u0161irili podporne zmogljivosti. Ta razvoj spodbuja usklajevanje poklicnega in dru\u017einskega \u017eivljenja, zlasti za \u017eenske, ter krepi njihovo ekonomsko neodvisnost. Otro\u0161ko varstvo omogo\u010da delo za oba star\u0161a ali delo za star\u0161e samohranilce. Ustvarili smo ve\u010d vrtcev, da bi izpolnili cilj oskrbe. Ve\u010d kot 80 akterjev iz uprave, politike in sistemov pomo\u010di sodeluje pri prepre\u010devanju, odkrivanju in u\u010dinkovitem podpiranju nasilja nad \u017eenskami. Poudarek je zlasti na \u017eenskah v ranljivem polo\u017eaju, kot sta prostitucija ali brezdomstvo. Razvili smo \u017ee ukrepe za prepre\u010devanje brezdomstva in podporo oblikovanju prilagojenih zato\u010di\u0161\u010d za \u017eenske. Ponudba je zaupna, brezpla\u010dna in prizadetim omogo\u010da, da se sami odlo\u010dijo o nadaljnjih korakih.
