Auto-friendly grad nije uspio: Prometni problemi nisu smanjeni, ve\u0107 su pove\u0107ani, a ostale vrste mobilnosti potisnute su na margine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posljednjih smo godina Zeleni poduzeli brojne mjere kako bismo plimu pretvorili u grad koji je pogodniji za \u017eivot, zeleniji i sigurniji za sve te smo postigli da sve vi\u0161e ljudi mo\u017ee udobno putovati svojim svakodnevnim putovanjima pje\u0161ice, biciklom ili javnim prijevozom te su stoga manje ovisni o automobilu. Posebno u gradu kao \u0161to je Wiesbaden, gdje su mnogi ljudi pje\u0161ice, biciklom ili autobusom, potrebna je prometna politika koja je usmjerena na razmatranje i sigurnost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odgovaraju\u0107e brzine klju\u010dne su jer stvaraju vrijeme za reakciju i spa\u0161avanje \u017eivota. Opasnosti koje utje\u010du na neza\u0161ti\u0107ene sudionike u cestovnom prometu moraju se sustavno identificirati i ukloniti, posebno ako su djeca na cesti. Gdje god je to mogu\u0107e, cestovni prostori osmi\u0161ljeni su kako bi potaknuli sporiju i pa\u017eljiviju vo\u017enju. Na glavnim sjekirama potrebni su sigurni i kontinuirani vodi\u010di za biciklizam i hodanje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oni koji se utrkuju ili se pona\u0161aju rizi\u010dno ugro\u017eavaju druge i suprotstavljaju se op\u0107em dobru te su stalno zaustavljeni. Malo umjerenih nagiba, kratkih staza i prekrasnih zgrada, parkova i zelenih povr\u0161ina pozivaju vas na \u0161etnju. \u017delimo u\u010diniti pje\u0161a\u010denje lak\u0161im, privla\u010dnijim i sigurnijim, primjerice putem \u0161irih plo\u010dnika, boljih prijelaza preko cesta i vi\u0161e prostora za pje\u0161ake. \u017delimo da sklopovi semafora budu dizajnirani za nesmetan rad. Glavne ceste treba prije\u0107i u vlaku. Pje\u0161a\u010dke staze moraju biti bez la\u017enih parkera, parkiranih skutera i drugih prepreka kako bi se mogle lako koristiti s kolicima, invalidskim kolicima ili kolicima. Vozimo brze biciklisti\u010dke rute prema Frankfurtu i Mainzu, kao i druge veze s regijom. \u017delimo ukloniti nedostatke u biciklisti\u010dkoj mre\u017ei u sredi\u0161tu grada i u predgra\u0111ima te stvoriti vi\u0161e mogu\u0107nosti za parkiranje, me\u0111u ostalim za teretne bicikle. U centru grada \u017eelimo postaviti gara\u017eu za parkiranje bicikala, na primjer u podrumu, \u010dim gradski muzej prona\u0111e novu lokaciju.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section has_text_color\" id=\"nd44\" style=\"background:var(--color-header-middle-bg);color:var(--color-content-heading);\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-nd44\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Autobusni prijevoz budu\u0107nosti<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-nd44\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Razvoj privla\u010dnog i pouzdanog lokalnog prijevoza bez prepreka temelj je na\u0161e prometne politike. Javni prijevoz usluga je od op\u0107eg interesa i preduvjet za sudjelovanje mnogih ljudi u dru\u0161tvu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planom za gradski promet do 2030. razvijena je potpuno nova autobusna mre\u017ea za na\u0161 grad, temeljena na podacima o mobilnosti i uz puno sudjelovanja gra\u0111ana. Klju\u010dne to\u010dke su pouzdana mre\u017ea autobusnih linija podzemne \u017eeljeznice i bolja povezanost me\u0111u predgra\u0111ima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kako bismo dodatno razvili planiranu osnovnu mre\u017eu s ve\u0107om opskrbom ciljne mre\u017ee, \u017eelimo izgraditi novo skladi\u0161te. To je preduvjet za potpunu elektrifikaciju ESWE voznog parka i pu\u0161tanje u pogon ve\u0107ih E-dvostrukih zglobnih autobusa za mre\u017eu autobusa podzemne \u017eeljeznice. Osim \u0161to doprinosi smanjenju emisija CO2, upotreba elektri\u010dnih autobusa popra\u0107ena je i znatnim smanjenjem buke i one\u010di\u0161\u0107uju\u0107ih tvari.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section has_text_color\" id=\"ge89\" style=\"background:var(--color-header-transparent-text);color:var(--color-header-top-text-hover);\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-ge89\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">O \u017eeljeznicama u budu\u0107nosti \u2013 tramvajska mre\u017ea za Wiesbaden<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-ge89\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010cak ni savr\u0161eno razvijena autobusna mre\u017ea ne\u0107e biti dovoljna za potra\u017enju budu\u0107nosti. Grad veli\u010dine Wiesbadena trebat \u0107e u\u010dinkovitija prijevozna sredstva od autobusa za najva\u017enije veze. Stoga \u017eelimo otvorenu raspravu o tome kako se to mo\u017ee posti\u0107i. Mi Zeleni smo uvjereni da \u0107e tramvajska mre\u017ea to u\u010diniti ovdje, ba\u0161 kao \u0161to radi u mnogim drugim gradovima. Zato \u0107emo raditi za to.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section has_text_color\" id=\"yfca\" style=\"background:var(--color-header-middle-bg);color:var(--color-header-middle-text);\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-yfca\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Dizajniranje automobilskog prometa na gradski na\u010din<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-yfca\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u017delimo dizajnirati automobilski promet u Wiesbadenu na takav na\u010din da postane kompatibilan za na\u0161 grad i pove\u0107ava se kvaliteta \u017eivota. Vo\u017enja automobilom bez odredi\u0161ta u Wiesbadenu trebala bi se dosljedno preusmjeravati na autoceste. \u017delimo smanjiti teret na stambenim podru\u010djima onemogu\u0107avanjem vo\u017enje kroz njih. Posebno u profesionalnom prometu, voza\u010di automobila i lokalno stanovni\u0161tvo imaju koristi od \u010dinjenice da svjetiljke nadzornika pristupa doziraju dotok automobila u grad kako bi se izbjeglo zagu\u0161enje i za\u010depljenje raskri\u017eja u sredi\u0161tu grada. \u017delimo pro\u0161iriti sustav na sve glavne pristupne ceste. Stalno se oslanjamo na na\u010delo \u201eobnove prije nove izgradnje\u201d kako bismo se nastavili nositi s zastojem u odr\u017eavanju na na\u0161im cestama. Kombinacijom dr\u017eavnih i urbanih fondova javni prijevoz u Wiesbadenu postupno postaje uklju\u010diviji, pristupa\u010dniji i ugodniji za sve. Kako bi se stambene \u010detvrti za\u0161titile od prometa, primjerice u K\u00fcnstler- und Rheingauviertel, uvedene su posebne prepreke za prolaz i jednosmjerna regulativa. Projekt pokazuje kako inteligentno planiranje mo\u017ee stvoriti vi\u0161e prostora za ljude, a manje za parkiranje automobila bez potrebe za gradskom mobilno\u0161\u0107u automobilom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Parkirna mjesta na privatnom zemlji\u0161tu, na vi\u0161ekatnim parkirali\u0161tima i podzemnim parkirali\u0161tima tako\u0111er su se bolje koristila na drugim lokacijama i u\u010dinkovito se koristila inteligentnim dizajnom tarifa. Od malih automobila do kombija, mo\u017eete prona\u0107i pravo vozilo za svoje potrebe. Svako vozilo CarSharing zamjenjuje do deset osobnih automobila. Time se \u0161tedi prostor u okrugu i stvara stvarna sloboda izbora u pogledu prijevoza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E-romobili su tako\u0111er dio gradskog pejza\u017ea. Aktivno se upotrebljava vi\u0161e od 4000 osoba, bilo da je rije\u010d o kra\u0107im udaljenostima u gradu ili o \u201eposljednjem kilometru\u201d tijekom putovanja autobusom i vlakom. To nije uvijek bez sukoba, ali o\u010dito je privla\u010dan dodatak ponudi mobilnosti za mnoge ljude.
